<APP NAME><APP NAME> is built so that people who share a home can track household chores together. The data controller is Mertcan Ersoy. This text explains what data we process and why.
Data we collect
Account: your email address and, if you signed in with Apple or Google, the identifier that provider passes to us.
Profile: your display name, your avatar color and, if you choose to upload one, your profile photo.
Household data: the household name, rooms, the household's chore list, completed chores, points, badges, star store rewards and spending, and household invite codes.
Proof photos: the photo you take when you complete a chore with a photo. It is visible only to the members of your household and is deleted automatically after 24 hours.
Notifications: if you allow them, your device's push notification token and your notification preferences.
Usage data: anonymous records of which screens and features of the app are used (for example, which step of setup was reached, or that a chore was completed). Details are in the "Usage data" section below.
Why we use your data
To create your account and keep you signed in, to show the members of your household each other's contributions, to calculate points and rankings, to send the notifications you want, to fix bugs, and to understand which parts of the app are useful so that we can improve it.
We do not sell your data, we do not use it for advertising, and we do not share it with anyone other than the members of your household.
Who can see your data
Your name, avatar, completed chores, proof photos and points are visible only to the members of the same household. Your email address is not shown to other members.
Usage data
To improve the app, we anonymously measure which screens are opened and which steps are completed. These records do not include your name, email address, household name, chore titles, invite codes or photos; they contain only a random user and household identifier, the device type, the app version, and numbers and choices (for example, the selected home type or the number of chores).
This data is not used for advertising, is not combined with your activity in other apps or websites, and is not sold. Your IP address is not stored.
No usage data is collected from accounts that are marked as a child.
You can turn this measurement off at any time with the Account > Share usage data switch. Records are kept for at most 12 months; if you would like them deleted sooner, you can write to the address below.
Service providers
Supabase (database, authentication and file storage), Expo (push notification delivery), Apple and Google (optional sign-in) and PostHog (anonymous usage measurement; data is stored on servers in the European Union). These providers process data only to provide the service.
Retention and deletion
Your data is kept for as long as your account is open. You can delete your account at any time in the app under Account > Delete Account; your profile, photo, notification tokens, completed chores and points are permanently deleted.

Your rights
Under the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law (KVKK) and the GDPR, you have the right to access, correct and delete your data and to object to its processing. You can send your requests to the address below.

Children
The app is intended for use within the home; children under 13 should use it only under a parent's supervision and through the parent's account.
