I tapped an invite link but the app didn't open
Download the app from the App Store, then tap the link again. Or paste the 6-digit code from the link into the “Join with an invite” field in the app.
Codes are valid for 7 days and for a maximum of 10 joins. If a code has expired, ask your household admin for a new one.
I'm not receiving notifications
On your iPhone, check that notifications are turned on under Settings > Notifications > <APP NAME>, and check Account > Notification preferences in the app.
I want to move to another household
Leave your household under Account > Household settings, then join the new household with its invite code. If you are the admin, transfer the admin role to another member first.
I want to delete my account
Follow Account > Delete Account. Details are on the Account Deletion page.
